Do you plant your spuds in the spring? Or do you prefer a fall potato planting?

When do you prefer to plant potatoes in the garden?

Potatoes can be grown well in a variety of ways, one of the favorite ways to grow potatoes here in the gardens at Garden. Plant. Grow. Eat., is... the potato tower. Although I do oddly enjoy hilling rows of potatoes throughout the growing season, this vertical, space-saving idea has also served up well in the past!
